The most amazing thing about the aloe vera plant is that besides over 200 different substances, which provide a healthy supplement to our diet, this plant contains vitamin B12!
This is pretty unique in the flora world. Only some edible sea algae also contain this vitamin. People who have a normal diet obtain B12 by eating meat. This is not the case for vegans and vegetarians who should supplement their diet with B12 injections.
Vitamin B12 deficiency in the general population is more prevalent than we think. People need B12 to produce red blood cells and to have a strong nervous system. It is hard to say how many cases of vitamin B12 deficiency have been reported in general population but some sources say between 5% – 20%. These are usually alcoholics! Alcohol depletes the body of B12 (students and people who like their wine take note!).
Symptoms of B12 deficiency include weakness, tiredness, easy bruising, stomach upset or weight loss. And pernicious anemia is one of the most common causes of B12 lacking in your diet.
This is another reason to have an aloe vera drink!

L- Carnatine is particularly successful when combined with Leader Lipoic P and it is efficient way to boost mind
efficiency and significantly develop memory. All of the major diseases of aging, as well as the epidemic of
brain disorders, including mood problems, are directly associated with this change
in our diet. B12 is responsible for the chemical reaction to convert folic acid to the active form in the body.

Hi there! I know this is kinda off topic but I’d figured I’d ask.
Would you be interested in trading links or maybe guest writing a blog article or vice-versa?
My website covers a lot of the same subjects as yours and I think we
could greatly benefit from each other. If you happen to be interested feel free to send
me an e-mail. I look forward to hearing from you! Great blog by the way!

Hi! Thanks for your comment – greatly appreciated. I think your idea about trading links and a guest blog is interesting. What did you have in mind? So you know the company I am a distributor for is called Forever Living Products and they are really great. Have you heard of them?

You’ve made some good points there. I looked on the internet for additional information about the issue and found most people will go along with your views on this web site.

May I just say what a comfort to find an individual who genuinely knows
what they are discussing on the web. You actually know how to bring a
problem to light and make it important. A lot more people
must read this and understand this side of the story. I was surprised you aren’t more popular given that you surely have the gift.
